I think AI has value, for sure, but not in every circle. AI will be invaluable for those eventual AI-driven cars, it can find solutions to problems too complex for human minds to solve in much less time, and there are countless other applications for which we will *need* AI when it is eventually refined. Art is not one of those fields where AI will be beneficial. Art needs to stand on its own as a continuing, beautiful example of human ingenuity and creativity. AI will *never* be able to even get close to what us humans can make.
