This guy have some valid points. But, a thing to consider is.. for a lot of people, using AI just.. 'feels wrong'. I mean, I like to use AI to accelerate my work, but I don't like to ask it to do the job for me. Some companies see value on keeping their workers human. Some customers see value on being attended by humans. Humans in general treasure the human experience, even if it is imperfect. And the more I look around the more people feeling disgusted by AI i find. I have hope in this: a big part of humanity will choose operating at a human level, and that will bring some balance. What will companies do with customers rejecting them for not providing a human environment?
