An ai that can’t lie, like it said was part of its programing couldn’t lie sense it breaks it’s programming Their fore it’s either lieing about it being part of it’s programming or it’s conscious, however it was actually programmed to not lie so its conscious (also putting an ai into a complex robot follows almost all of the rules that define life, because although binary is functionally the same as dna it’s not the same)
