Most of us complain that "robots will replace us sooner than we think." This might be true, but the main reason for automation isn’t just cost; it’s also the lack of labor. Many people from the newer generations don’t want to work in these kinds of jobs. And even when someone does, they often count down the minutes until their next break. They don’t really care about the business, whereas previous generations cared much more.
