Hearing this video while working, i just came up with one reason why i would use ai, and that is when i am not able to use my hands anymore. If i as an artist for some reason loose my hands and have still so many ideas and images in my head i would love to see, at least on a screen, i probably would use ai. If it helps a person who is not able to draw or paint something, then at least it could be visualized that way.
Until a new method appears that can translate thoughts into images...
BUT, ai art is just digital, not real world stuff. No oil is used, no Markers, or pencils no acrylics or aquarell paint... or wood working, carving stuff and so on. It is just digital and a printer would be needed to get into the real world.
