"Full self driving auto pilot"
Absent anything else, a reasonable person would assume that this was an auto pilot system that fully drove itself.
The name of the product is not only misleading, it is fraudulent. Tesla should not be allowed to use this terminology for a product that neither does full self driving, nor is an auto pilot.
Other companies specifically avoid using this kind of terminology for this very reason.
On this alone Tesla should lose this case
