If you look carefully at their offices in India then you will see that they are hiring like crazy... the high labor cost US based workers are being laid off and 'performance curve managed' out by 'forcing the curve' BUT the workload itself is being taken up by the India offices where labor costs are one fifth of the USA and labor laws are 'flexible' as they say. When you hear of Tech job losses its *actually* AI meaning Affordable India offices.
