I worked in a toxic environment with very short deadlines that forced us all to use AI tools to complete it on time. A lot of folks left the company as soon as the project ended inc me
Now when the project is in maintenance phase everything is going wrong and they are calling back the developers who originally worked on the project asking them to spend their weekend try and helping fix the issues because its "morally right"😂
