Heres an interesting fact: AI slop still isn’t officially recognized as copyrightable.. So if someone slaps their name on it and goes “mine,” that doesn’t fully make it belong to them! Unless a human actually put in some real creative effort, it’s basically up for grabs. Add even the teenie tiniest creative touch yourself? Boom! it’s yours now. 100% AI-made stuff? Legally speaking, it’s closer to public domain than private property. People can whine, cry, and threaten lawsuits all they want, but the law hasn’t sided with them yet. So yeah… claiming AI art like you painted it with your blood, sweat, and tears? That’s nonsense. And guess what? It’s morally sound too. These guys profit off mass data scraping.. Which is basically art theft on a global scale — so reposting AI content is just taking back what’s already yours. If they take it down? That’s when you dunk on them with compensation claims. Imagine the headlines: “Multibillion-dollar company profits off stolen data, but cries foul over reposts?” That’s a hypocritical double standard! And it would blow these guys up into PR HELL! So really? no one can do much of anything against us! Any move they make only makes them look worse.
