I agree with you with all except the last part of the video, when someone made a model on 300 images and that made you mad. I think the problem should be making money out of someone else art. If I steal your art, to make more art, as long as I don't SELL I don't really see a problem on that, if someone "TAKE" the model, USE your art that's when I see a problem, which the legal system should be put in place (a.k.a insta win for the artist). In that scenario anyone would be afraid to use the material for $$ and only things made by your hand would be commercialised. For now the system is broken but I think the reality should be:
1. Freedom of art, let anyone use any tool to create whatever art they want
2. If stealin is involved without consent, then legal wise, the author should win by default
3. The author should not cry his word is used for recreational purposes by others
IF that happens then z.z that's what I envision a perfect world, in the end artists wanna make money, if they can they won't care if they work is being stolen and trained by AI. Whole debate is artists gonna lose $$, that's why they scared.
