Michael Levin has somewhat of the best explanation about intelligence I heard. It recognizes AI too as intelligence.
AI doesn't need to be human intelligence. We don't need to know exactly what it means to have tools that automate intelligent tasks.
We have regulated danger levels and classes of AI systems, that's law in EU and globally.
