You can disable the use of your conversation data for training. They don't have an incentive to mislead people and train with your data regardless of if you disable it, since most people leave it on as default, and if someone does indeed disable the use of their conversations for training, then it's very likely that the nature of the conversation (whatever that might be) isn't of one that OpenAI would want in their dataset to begin with
