People who defend AI art claiming that it's "cheaper" refer to the fact that they don't have to hire an artist to draw something for them which does most likely cost more than just paying 10,00 - 60,00 $ a month. Not a single one of them even considers that they could just sit down and learn gow to draw themselves. As a non drawing person who commisions art, I have used AI art before and do have to say that it is less than a concept art and more like the image in your own mind of how your concept art might look like. It's just sad that some people defend AI over true art.
