At the end of the day, it is basically a tool and meant to be a useful tool. It is created by humans, and it depends on how humans use it. It can be a bad thing or a good thing. It's the HUMAN that carries the problem. Therefore, rules or terms or regulations defined by a "good" or "bad" person are the real fundamental core to the human's future.
