His comment AI will become smarter than humans in 10yrs. Doesn’t this threat require AI to have consciousness? Why are we assuming that technology will resolve this problem within any amount of time? Isn’t this the critical factor too? We don’t know how consciousness emerges organically so how are we capable of coding emergent consciousness in a machine? Btw Roger Penrose says the same thing. Not just me ;)
