Pivoting to AI and laying off workers en masse. Then turn around and create empty job postings lol. You could apply for 10,000 and you will maybe get a couple that won’t move forward or will just waste your time. And you still have all these poor new graduates being dumped into the job market in addition to the unemployed folks with years of experience. In another 6 months they’ll have a crisp on their hands. Let’s see if they care enough to fix it.
