No, America is filled with crime, it's absolutely needed. Just look at what crime did to California, Hollywood is leaving it's so bad! Crime is not good for business! Look at all the businesses that shutdown because they got robbed too much, and couldn't afford to stay because their cops have too much compassion for criminals!
