AI therapy is a bad idea :) you almost had it, therapy is a bad idea. If you want something to stay confidential and you need to talk about it then go somewhere private and talk to yourself about it. Talking to a therapist is like writing in a diary, People shouldn't read your diary but there's no guarantee they won't and if you didn't want anyone to know then you should've never written it down.
