I remember when personal computers became a factor in business. Back in the 1990’s… If the personal computer came out today - with the business mindset of just replacing people, then there would be just big CRT monitors on desk and no people. My gosh companies! Train your people to partner with the ai and make something special - not just let ai do it! Amazing. And customer service is the most important part of your business - not the least!
