We all have experience with Robot-call-center, now called AI and we know how dumb and frustrated it is to deal with it since most our problems don't fall into the sphere they are programmed to operate in. Companies were just greedy and only looked at how much they could save and made by laying off 1,000s of employees. Well counted, wrong calculations!
