I’ve heard a story of a customer calling and being furious about a charge of $600. Even though this person paid online and knew the exact cost before confirming their payment. And this customer also said “my kid should have been charged $150 and I was told a parent was only an extra $450 on top of it”…. Still furious.
I’d love to see AI handle that one.
