I asked AI how civilization will exist when they take all the jobs. It gave me a detailed plan and we dug deeper. If start work now, it won't be traumatic. There are ways to ease into this with the right kind of leadership and planning. We KNOW it's going to happen so we need to begin detailing our migration from a work-based economy-driven society to one where humans use their time to live, create, explore, learn and love.
