In my case, AI does solve a lot of documentation drafting - but ultimately the user just feed it what information to include and needs to check it.
I would say that AI is very good at accelerating 95-98% of the documentation works; but in no way that we can rely 100% on an AI generated emails or documentations. It’s easy to tell when something is a bad AI generated response and all credibility is lost if it looks like that.
I would say that it’s getting very close to faking humans though. It may get 99% there but still not enough
