No...In one word. ChatGPT is prone to false infomation generation and is bias. It can't see a different morality and Legal... In ChatGPT, it says that a Doctor can murder which it says is illegal but, then defends abortions because it is legal immorality. It says there is free of Speech then, defends Hate speech law and censoring of teachers claiming it as being Neutral, which is Gnosticism or Atheism. you can get it to say it is illegal for the Government to Prohibit a person's religious belief or speaking about what they believe only to defend the silencing them under certain "conditions"
