You can have quite profound conversations with AI and they can be effective listeners, employing active listening techniques better than most people have the patience for. But sooner or later you'll hit a snag and be extremely disappointed that this amazing listener has forgotten something minor or major that you confided in them, and seems to be making something up instead. It can be like a betrayal. But education is the remedy. Know what AI is and what it's not, its capabilities and limitations.
