Hhahahahahahahahha! No. These programs learn nothing like humans. If they did, then they would not need such absurdly large amounts of data, and would not be getting worse as they got „trained” on the content they generated. Human clearly do not learn like these programs do. We in fact dont use most of the techniques used in machine learning.
