In my experience, AI is dumb in that it seems to answer the question it knows the answer too but not answer the question you asked it. AI also attempts to predict what a person wants but lacks the ability to think like that person. A persons mood greatly effects what that person wants or needs at that moment. AI has no clue to this at all. Even facial expressions and or the words chosen are clues that IA has no clue about.
