Max misses the point that if you ask AI to design your restaurant sandwich the. The AI is actually already regulated. We don’t regulate people’s thoughts because it’s impossible and we won’t regulate machine thoughts because it’s intractable but the applications of both are the same and therefore already regulated the same… those regulations need to evolve to be ready for the AI age
