I disagree slightly about the artistry vs craftsmanship thing. I understand the framing for the video is positioning AI as the craft side, as opposed to real human art, and in that sense I do agree that AI art is not art. But I disagree with the typical framing of art vs craft. Even in the examples used - that northern lion video title you showed "my first brilliant chess move ever." That moment must have been extremely emotional and satisfying and inspiring to experience for him and his audience, and in that sense even a chess game can be art because it made you feel something and think about your internal experience of the world. Or the guitar being made can do similar things. I think even something seen as much more mundane like welding a hand rail can clearly be art too.
I guess the biggest point here is that this video, too, is art, because it made me think about the concept of what art is, and feel the need to take that thought to the comments.
