For some levels of basic Diagnostics perhaps, but when there are increasingly different environments, AI is unable to manage uncertainty nor is it able to take responsibilities. Why?! Because fundamentally AI is profit motivated and would shy from all risks for social good and would avoid uncertainty to take any action for Human Good.
