TLDR; Hes smart but very much unwise. Theres zero need for panic, find a new skill or place to live. Learn to stop relying on a government who hates you and start being self sufficient. Maybe even start a new town with people. Guns are the great equalizer and knowing how to be a good survivalist has NEVER not ONCE hin history not been useful. Also note he said "im scared for my nieces and nephews" and then later says he WILL be keeping his riches to save his immediate family. Not even his cousins and their kids will be spared.
