I would say that you should create original things, though there is nothing wrong with using the AI for *ideas*. I'm learning to be a programmer and I think it is stupid to let AI just code for you. You don't get all the skills you'd learn if you programmed it yourself if you just AI code for you. I try to be smart about it, using "Tutor me, how can I improve my code?" or "Tell me something cool I can code." so I can actually learn how to do it instead of learning how to prompt a 3rd party source to create better programs. This is just my two cents.
