Due to the way that human minds develop habits, you're better off being polite when speaking to both people & AI Chatbots mimicking humans so that your overall speech retains consistency.
We currently only interact with language-capable Artificial Intelligence pretty rarely. However, as it become more capable of truly recognising & replicating the nuances of human speech (in the near future), AI Systems will infiltrate more & more of our lives - meaning that any subconscious rude or antisocial habits we develop from talking with them will carry over to all our other interactions with people.
If you consider how Twitter has negatively affected the public discourse (as being anonymous online has exacerbating the development of the Troll mentality) & you'll sort of see what I'm getting at.
