My hometown exit sign at 3:22 - full of truckdrivers for oil field companies and Walmart. Don't let the name fool you, 75% voted for Trump and Texas GOP 🤣 And every truckdriver I personally know in town, is working for a different company everytime I see them and ask, so yeah, the turnover is crazy! Companies pay less and less, then compain that they have a shortage, so they need automation. If this "free market" accually practised the supply & demand rule when it comes to emplyee pay, then no industry would have a problem with "worker shortages". Low supply, high demand = more $$
