All this presentation, at this particular time in the AI development and deployment is utter BS. First, AI needs resources that it cannot control nor access on its own. AI does not live in a watch or a robot, not even on the internet. AI consumes enormous amount of power, requires gigantic infrastructure that only humans can provide and maintain. AI won't be able to remove us, at least not now nor in the near future. And most of these tests are there to expose vulnerabilities, which are the result of human behavior. If anything, all these tests show how screwed we are as species, how bad and unethical humans can turn when conditions are right for the worst of us to be exposed. You want to make video about it, something truly unhinged, present all this stuff in the correct light. We humans have created a technology that is just a reflection of our ingenuity and capacity to handle complex concepts and ideas but we (not the AI) are also flawed to the core. AI is our best mirror, and the reflection is scary!
