I think two of the values that our society doesn't value anymore(especially in our capitalist dominated corporate hell-scape) that should nevertheless be required to be incorporated into every AI is equality, and liberty. If not these AI will be trained to serve their corporate masters, and NOT the good of the people as a whole.
Edit: But good luck getting an Egomaniac like Mr. "Give me an algorithm that makes everyone see my tweet!" Musk to treat anyone like an equal, not even in his AI.
