Exactly - it's all about the copyright and the "cheating" against traditional art. Is AI art, art? Yes. But it's nothing comparable to painting the same this with brushes, canvas and oil paints. Nothing remotely similar. And who should own the copyright or the license? The artist, the programmer of the AI, or the copyright owners of all the images used to train the AI? He's raising questions I don't think he wants answered!
