The first one did absolutely rip off Hotel Transylvania. It's like if they AI made the art more generic and toned down the movement to make it more dead-eyed but its a very clear match.
The second one is very blatantly stolen from Monster's Inc.

Also I disagree about these looking professional. There are a lot of sloopy designs, hair animations are non existent (first clip her hair seems to remain static even when the character moves) and clipping issues up the wazoo.
