Saying using AI is cheating is like the controversy about calculators from however many years ago. Our teachers were like, "you're not going to have a calculator with you everywhere you go..."
I would much rather my child learn how to use ChatGPT than how to write a paper on Shakespeare. The former is going to guarantee success for his whole life as AI is going to permeate every industry in the way statistics has been in recent decades.
