I do think that the prof had a point in that it can't be used in school because there are student who just use it to cheat in classroom tests, last year in my class 5 people were caught for using Ai. They had memorized the essay or wrote the prompt of a paper and snuck it into class. The only reason they were caught is because the prompt used a very well written speech(these kids had very low test scores) and that the prompts were very similar if not exactly the same.
