They say customer serverchat bots take jobs. As a consumer, Uber driver and app user i HATE CHAT BOTS, the company metrics do no account for the FRUSTRATION customers and users experience with these DUMB AI bots. And I am a fan of chat gpt and us it daily. I know companies want to save money but THEY NEED TO BRING HUMANS BACK. Ai doesn't fix everything
