tbh Ai prompting is closer to it than artistry, it's also mostly just pressing random "generate" until you get something that looks good enough (kinda like when I used to restart games in 4X until I got a nice start position xD).
Also since it's the machine doing 99% of the work trying to copyright whatever is coming out is sutpid because other people might end up with similar stuff without trying to. Just be happy you got that easily and move on (and I say that as someone who is trying to use AI art for a game im working on)
