I don't think so. I think these AI models once they are connected to the internet, can be taken over by..lets say professional terrorists/ cybercriminals. These professionals write the new code by hacking or maybe by inside job for these computers to refuse commands to shut down from a specific source. Or any other command. Just like how the world economy is governed. A state in a state. AI might be taken over by people who already are on top of it all.
