I hope this point gets discussed at some point when discussing AI: One of the biggest factors about the human workforce that AI could try to imitate but couldn’t make a decision from is human empathy and emotion. When used for good it makes a patient feel at ease by a health care worker or a snap human decision provide care when someone needs it. If AI is used as a tool to support humans, humans can still bring that deeper decision making to the tasks at hand.
