The second controversy is actually a lot different than inspiration in my opinion. While, yes, artists do take inspiration from other work and implement them but the AI doesn't, it copies the exact format, it's not a major problem when the AI is free but it's a huge deal when the bot copies the style in a 1:1 ratio and monetizes it without paying any credit or money to the actual artist.
