Already at Barclays credit cards, the workers can't control the AI password program they installed. I was locked out of my account and no human could let me in because only the AI is allowed to let me in with my voice password. I refused to create a voice password. However, when I checked in at a later date, the customer service rep said I already had a voice password, which was created. The only way to get into my account now is to either use my "current" password or create a "new" one. Once you create a voice password, willingly or unwillingly, the AI can clone your voice and make passwords everywhere. Just say no. Better yet, don't say anything and just hang up. I think I'm going to start talking to customer service with a robot voice so they can't clone me anymore.
