In my opinion if anybody understand the mathematics behind artificial intelligence and machine learning they will know that the entirety of it is based on statistics and probability. So in an essence it is a guessing game. You can be really good at it but you cannot deterministically determine the future. AI is currently in its growth phase, and there will come a saturation point, but that's not saying you can be just an average software developer and you will be OK! You will still need to carry your cross.
