If someone says emergency scene that means be more careful because there are a lot more variables within the next 100 yards if someone says emergency slow that means continue moving forward but at a slower rate because traffic conditions are changing up ahead and if somebody were to say emergency stop that would mean stop the vehicle immediately as safe as possible which could mean is a bolder sliding down the mountain a sinkhole head or maybe even a helicopter coming down
This is particularly good if the autonomous car has a single passenger in a rear seat with no means to control the car other than by voice
