In short , ChatGPT is completely ignorant of the material it processes and the answers it provides , because it's only a program that does math and creates files to process the logical aspect of the topics it's tasked to handle. I guess it's a fun learning tool , but will require more ethical subroutines to remain morally safe with the answers it provides.
