I'd like to add that Art market in italy is literally shit. We are exploited in every way possible because "there is no job around" I used to do kids coloring pages for a big publisher and got paid 35 euros for page. When I tried to publish a comic with some of my colleagues they asked us how many likes we've got on our socials.( It really did numbers for my mental health) Of course they are now using AI like crazy... AI usage is just the tip of the iceberg of trash that some Italian publishers are...
